#TWBvol19 ; the art of noticing.

there’s something so underrated about the little things we barely pay attention to. like how your friend always ties their hair up when they’re anxious. or how the sky turns soft pink before it fully dips into night. or even how some songs only hit when you're walking home alone.

the art of noticing isn’t just about observing—it’s about feeling. it’s choosing to stay soft in a world that constantly rushes you. it’s slowing down enough to catch the subtleties, the unsaid, the in-betweens.

you start to realize how much you miss when you're always scrolling, always speeding through, always multitasking. you forget to look up. to breathe in. to watch how the sunlight flickers through your window at 4:37 pm.

noticing is a quiet kind of magic. it's in overheard laughter from strangers. it’s in re-reading old texts and finding something new in them. it’s in your favorite coffee shop playlist always knowing what mood you’re in.

and no, it’s not always deep. sometimes it’s just realizing your shoelaces are always uneven or that you subconsciously save your favorite bite for last. but there’s an art to that, too. to being aware, to being present.

because when life starts to blur into one big loop of routines and deadlines, noticing can be the thing that pulls you back. grounds you. reminds you there’s still beauty in the smallest corners of your day.

so, maybe next time, pause. feel the breeze. catch someone’s eye. smile at a leaf on the ground for no reason. let your brain be a little less full and your heart a little more open.

who knows what you’ll find when you start to notice.
